Intruction:
Acccording to Extraction process 1(concentrate ①, precipitation ②, refining ③) , the obtained specification of levodopa is different. (Water Extraction can obtain 15%- 20% levodopa from Concentrating ①; Water Extraction can obtain 80% levodopa from precipitation; Water Extraction can obtain levodopa content over 90% from refining③.
Acccording to The Solvent Extraction process , over 50-85% levodopa can be obtained from precipitation①, over 90% levodopa can be obtained from refining②.
Part 3. Specification
Under the condition of not adding other substances, according to the process and customers’ requirements, Water Extraction can produce different specifications of levodopa(especially the content < 90%) which contains other ingredients like amino acids and proteins of Mucuna Pruriens.
However using other method to produce content <80% levodopa(like use dextrin as diluent for content adjustments) , the product does not contain ingredients like amino acids and proteins of Mucuna Pruriens..
Testing the other amino acids and protein from the product can judge the process deference.
